The Leadership Hub, Justice, and Economic Advancement (LJE Nigeria), through its National Sewing Empowerment Program (NSEP), is calling on passionate and aspiring tailors, designers, and fashion artisans across Nigeria to apply for this transformative opportunity.

This program is part of LJE’s national empowerment strategy and is conducted in partnership with our International partners as part of a bilateral knowledge exchange and work program. 

Selected participants will benefit from world-class sewing and garment production training, entrepreneurial development, and international exposure to modern textile and fashion industries.

With LJE branches across Nigeria, successful applicants will be placed in the nearest training and production center in their state of residence. This application and screening form is designed to assess suitability, skill level, and commitment to the program.

📌 Who Can Apply?

• Male and female Nigerians aged 18 to 30

• Passionate about sewing, tailoring, fashion, or garment production

• Beginners and professionals (special selection for advanced category)

• Must be willing to undergo rigorous training and assessment

• Must have at least two (2) years of experience

• Must be willing to travel or relocate within Nigeria or abroad if selected for exchange/work programs
