Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to promote LJE Nigeria’s programs.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, content marketing, and social media management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage partnerships and sponsorships to boost brand recognition.
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the non-profit or social impact sector.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, with strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in basic marketing automation tools.
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with content creation, including graphic design and video editing, is a plus.
